go to utilities choose reset password.
Select User name.

Lets try this one:-
Boot into single user mode ( cmd + s ) at reboot
sh /etc/rc
passwd username
reboot
This will reset the password associated to username.
But it will also remove keychains passwords.

I have recently changed the password for my dialup connection to
cyllene at UWA. It is an 8 character password and when I change it in
Internet Connect it seems to default to 10 characters and hence the

Some days are ok, on others I can get the home page but no email, yet again

Numerous calls have been made to their tech support line, and everything on

Security Control Panel. The machine is not locked at the moment but
