Betty Lynn is settling into her new home in Mount Airy and there some nice

I was at the American Roots concert in Nashville last night (broadcast live on

about the annual New Year's Eve celebration where they lower a possom rather
than a ball like Times Square. This year's possum was named Opie.

Jim Nabors has not been to Mayberry Days nor made a public appearance in Mount
Airy. There have been three other Hawaiian residents attend: Dick Bettina
Linke and David Morris, but no others.
