Ah, I believe when the Italian (?) Wikipedia started using my JS-based also-search-on-wikidata tool. A dependency JS file was hosted on Tools Labs, effectively DDOSing it to a halt. Moved file to en.wp, cache can handle it easily now. So, not technically a Wikipedia server, but a Wikimedia server
