We contact people and try to work out a payment schedule to get them caught up. It's BOTH people's fault. You made a mistake and didn't bill him. He made a mistake by not telling you about it. Usually we end up eating half and they end up paying half. AND we don't to that at all often

Carlos, It all depends on how big a hill and what speed you need. There is some PtP equipment (Motorola PtP, formerly Orthogon) that can talk over the hill in one link if the hill is not too big or the distance is not too long. Other option is to put another repeater in between. But that
