We use Azotel. It doesn't look the prettiest with the user interface but it has
tons of features and is very reliable. They host it in the cloud and do all the
backups, etc. In 6 years we've had maybe 30 minutes of downtime.

We are struggling with Powercode's support for a procera BMU. It has basic
support for the procera firmware that is from 2015 but the beta support for
the 2017 stuff is way to buggy to use. No way to use content filtering...
too limited support for it. I am glad to see they are branching out to
IEA Emerald, v6 added many many many WISP specific features.
