I don't know if it'll work on a pda but this
program is very helpful. I use it quite a bit. Won't show non wifi
systems, but it sounds like that's all you need it to do. Best one out
there. Most wireless ISPs I know use it.

Don't.
If that's the wrong answer, a 100' utility pole IF you can get it in the
ground would work. Might have to guy it to keep that 2' dish lined up.
This sounds like it might be a good application for Sat. access for people,
or 900mhz.

If you can get away from the revenue share try to. If they want in

I have an ipaq 3900 series with a pcmcia expansion sleeve. A 200mw prism

I do not think so. Shireen primarilly sold the Gel filled, and my
understanding was the non-gel may not be the same brand, and was being
carried because of non-availabilty of the gel type.
It may be a mute point, as Shiren jsut sold me his last box of it, until
more arrives.

Gino,
That is exciting news getting the Full 35 mbps on the WAR/STAR board. I
guess it shows that the 533Mhz processor is the key to speed. The price is
right to.
The only thing is, we need to be able to pass full 1500 MTU for our
backhauls, and we use VLAN. The older WRAP/STAROS shrinks MT

Hi All,
I've been trying to figure out what to use for our next round of radios.
I've not had the time to do as much testing as I'd have liked to. Never did

I guess technically, it doesn't need to be encrypted, as security was not
the goal, it was interoperabilty and management of traffic.
But why not add the benefit of security/encryptions? GRE is one way to do it

why.

We are currently working on a custom MTU size interface for every
device to be able to handle whatever you want for MTU size.
We no longer include proxy arp support in V3. It was fine for the
customer end but too many people misused it for a middle bridge and
that gave nothing but trouble.

Sometimes revenue share can be the only way to
afford to grow. We don't like to do it, but it is us that requests it, when
it has to be done.
The problem with revenue share is how to track it.
Track it by billing
Lonnie,
I just wrote to you off list, before seeing your onlist response.
V3 has support for a fully transparent
client bridge when it talks to an appropriately configured V3 AP system.
That is good news!

The policy you explained, is fair and reasonable.

It will just be easier to support an insane MTU size so that people
can go and do whatever they want. I can imagine people doing some
vlan in vlan and then running the whole works over a tunnel, and each
one adds tags and headers to the actual 1500 byte payload.
