between 2 customer sites. I need it so a wire at location A can have an

I am looking for a low-cost computer that will operate on 12-volt DC
(vehicle power) directly and will run windows. It needs at least 1 PCI
slot or 3 mPCI slots. I want to permanently mount it in my truck to
do site surveys, etc. Any suggestions?

definition of restrict NAT, etc.

Nothing else on 900, except another one of our towers. No confict.
Noise floor high 90s or better.
Yeah, I wondered about a 900MHz phone, but it works during the day and
not an night.
