A broadband dual pol dish will work from 5.2 to 5.9Ghz. You'll get the same gain on both polarities. But there's noting I know of less than $150. Usually dual pol dishes are used where you may need a higher quality antenna, so all the manufacturers I know of (RadioWaves, Maxrad, Pac Wireless)
