Just a couple of thoughts:
- Yojimbo works with 10.4 and 10.5, but the ToDo framework introduced
in Mail.app is only on 10.5
- Yojimbo would need to be reworked (significantly?) so that it
supported ToDos when running one both versions, while providing the
enhanced sync feature of 10.5.

Yes, Time Machine works at the file system level, separate from all
other applications.

You might try excluding your Yojimbo data file from Time Machine

I'm sure someone will pop up with the answer, but there is a web-
based interface to Yojimbo that may address your needs. Essentially,
it lets you access *your* Yojimbo database through a browser. Not
sure if it's restricted to the same computer, or works over the
Internet. I'll see if I c
My guess is that is one of the big focuses right now, hence the lack
of recent updates. Most developers that I've corresponded with have
had that focus for some time now.

Syncing is a complex issue, for sure. But there's many other factors
to look at, and you might consider sharing a few of those details (if
you haven't already).

- does .Mac syncing work for o
You may want to "Reset Sync Data..." to try and resolve any anomalies.

Scrap that confusion... Yojimbo is the "sync client", so it acts as
the conduit between its datastore and the sync engine. That literally
means any type of data can be synchronized. Cool.

I suppose the confusion is that Yojimbo has a single data store, so
how does Sync Services "dive" into that and sync just the changes?
I've been trying to figure out synchronization logic for years now
