Ok, I may have a possible solution for you. I’ve recently set this up
to maintain my GTD system. (So take that into account.) However,
since you said you once used text files it should be pretty easy.
I use BBEdit for all of my notes, thoughts, projects, check lists,
someday maybe, etc. (

I have to say your use of Yojimbo as an everyday GTD tool is pretty
impressive. Just the ambition to try and use it that way is impressive.
I don’t really see that as the purpose of Yojimbo. (It’s really just
considered an archival application.) That doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be

I like this idea alot.

I’m not getting a sense that your sincerely happy for me. Maybe I’m just
a little insecure. I don’t know but this is neither the time or the

the discomfort with not having nested folders is due to a habit of

I'm really glad someone spoke up for Yojimbo! (Thanks Scott) I've been
getting tired of seeing this list become a dump for what people don't
like about Yojimbo and move away from being a helpful resource. I have
no problem with feature requests but It's been absolutely over the top

Anyone know what is the best way to transfer Yojimbo bookmarks to

Since I upgraded to the latest version of Yojimbo I've wanted to
transfer images stored as pdfs in a tag collection to the Image Smart
Collection. I have tried to drag them but the Image Smart Collection
wont accept them. Any ideas?

Thanks for the quick responses.
I read "Repair Permissions Voodoo". Very interesting.
Since I reported the problem and "Restored" my permissions, I haven't had
any more issues. I discovered through the process of elimination that

Hello,
I've been using Yojimbo now for a few months and it's quickly become an
important part of my everyday workflow. I had a problem recently with
some Adobe Illustrator files that were not saving correctly. I launched Disk
Utility from my OS install disk and repaired damaged permissions to

Has anyone else here used Yojimbo for their GTD workflow.
