I think it mostly due to Ubuntu One cloud putting too many events into
zeitgeist and the fts module catching up on that... We will be releasing a
zeitgeist version that will ignore indexing specific ubuntu-one events

Hey Here is my take again on the issue
An event is something that happens
Something happens needs and application to triger it and a target on which
the happening takes place (in our case a doc, note or webpage)
So my current proposal is to send around a tuple of 2 dicts that describe

We should take everything thath as nothing to do with the the engine

Hi guys!
I read the blogpost yesterday and I must say I think we are doing ok!
If we concentrate that the engine does nothing but log events the problem is
not as big as we think it is. Using DBus we can write extension that extend
the metadata we have about our items.
I don't see a full rewrite
Most of the magic is the expiring tags crap and some similar usages and

However my main concern now is we have to move along and not depend on the
fact that tracker wants to release! Give me a release and then we can see if
we can depend on it!

if u insert 50 events and all are the same do we want to get a list of 50
identical ids or just a list with one id in it?
