The CAI helps the top end power, but hurts the low end.  The speeds were 
faster to 60' with the short stack than the CAI attached.  The CAI kicked in 
at higer RPM around 4000 rpm and above at the track in fourth gear.  The 
short stack hurt at the top end, so its the resonance.  I packed ice on the 
intake tube and really got it cold, but the times were no different.  I left 
the bag on the tube while I raced too!
