 Say you have a Weapon*R. Without a scoop, it's pulling warm air from under
the hood. If you were to mount a scoop on the hood above where the filter
is, this will be flowing colder air over the filter.

Thats still your opinion thought right? I see the reasoning but its not
something thats actually proven to work in our cars. I hope no one starts
talking about a ram air effect cuz you need to be going DAMN fast for ram
air to make any difference at all even in a properly designed  system.

Oh.. BTW...  Anyone know of any Honda mailinglists?
