What is this?  Your SOTP measurements?  Dyno tests have proven time and time 
again that CAI's in the dry setup do not hurt low end.  What kind of track 
were you at to be in 4th gear?  Don't you have an auto?  What times?  60' 
times are 90% based on driver error.  So your statements don't mean 
anything.  The CAI helps all over the powerband.  It does not hurt anywhere.
