Same as everyone else here--GA16DE, which lives in a 94 Sentra XE four-door.

I have been told by pretty reliable sources that the stock bottom end of a 
GA will hold around 200HP at the flywheel, which means that, if
you can attain your power goals, you would be begging your engine to barf up 
a piston. On the other hand, you could probably replace the connecting rods 
and bolts fairly easily--it's not a 2 hour project, but it's not like 
rebuilding the entire engine.

I wish you the best of luck, and if I were anywhere near you, I would be 
begging to get in on the project!
