Yes, we are fans of additional acidophilus. I hadn't heard of the seven strain variety. Interested. An update on my "cold sore inside the mouth" adventure. I kept up the CS with echinacia and golden seal every two hours. For pain I kept up the feverfew. This morning the sore was closing and the pain was down appreciably. As I sit here I can run my tongue into the area without pain and can feel the strong closure of the sore. Neat stuff. I concur that gentle comments works wonders. I have over 20 people routinely taking cayenne as a cardiovascular system overhauler. Works great and we all feel so much better. This morning my wife was complaining about a headache as we headed into town to go to our local Growers Market. I reached into my pocket, took out my film cannister of cayenne, put a pinch in her palm, she licked into her mouth and in 15 minutes no headache! Works every time. We discovered this use while in Denver, CO. My wife got "high altitude sickness" and was nauseaus and generally feeling terrible. I put a pinch of cayenne into a glass of water, had her drink it down and she was without symptoms in about 1 hour. Sure beats hell out of the "cut, burn, and poison" system of practicing on us. Since we are both survivors from cancer utilizing natural stuff to get cured, we can preach the good word from a position of "been there, done that" and present ourselves as living proof. Kirk, you are living proof that CS is a viable cure for strep. I value that and I thank you very much for sharing. Inside I feel the feelings of the Healer. I do not ask for compensation when I help others and I do it because something inside tells me it is the right thing to do. The reward of seeing someone no longer suffering is such a great rush that there ain't enough bucks in the world to match the good vibes. I hope that I have helped. Jack
