Yeh, Powells is one humungus book store. Maybe humungus is understating it.
And yeh, here are some really good books to acquire:
ISBN Author Name of book
0-934252-48-3 Lalitha Thomas 10 Essential Herbs
0-13-057548-8 John Heinerman Encyclopedia of Healing Juices
0-13-234196-4 John Heinerman "" Juices, Teas, & Tonics
0-13-385857-X John Heinerman "" Fruits, Vegetables & Herbs
0-13-310210-6 John Heinerman "" Herbs & Spices
0-13-310285-8 John Heinerman "" Nuts, Berries & Seeds
0-9639629-2-2 Glenn W. Geelhoed Natural Health Secrets...
0-688-06971-1 Robert O. Becker The Body Electric
0-9632839-0-1 Dick Quinn Left For Dead
All of the above books except the last one can be obtained from any major
book store. They might not all be stocked at one time, but are all in print.
The last one is self-published although Mr. Quinn is now dead. It should
be noted he extended his life by 17 years after being abandoned by the
aliopathic "cut, burn and/or poison" thugs. The number for getting his
book is 1-800-283-3998. I buy that particular book by the dozen to give to
people that can get a better explanation of what they need to do from the
book than from me trying to convince 'em. If you want to buy in quantities
of 12 or more they will cut a very good discount. At least it is better
than the local book store did for me with their "senior citizen" discount.
Cayenne brought Dick Quinn back from the brink of death and his
contribution was to write about it. He did one more book that goes into
more detail re: the trying 6 months when it was touch and go whether he was
going to survive.
Anyway, read the book. It is an easy read and is so compelling that I
became a complete devotee of cayenne and the like.
