Not such a small point if one is making glycerite extracts, it is
necessary to "cook" them for several hours (at a simmer). Looks like caps
are the way to go with cayenne. What does Schultze say about this heat
process? Is Schultze where you got the information on the difference heat 
makes with garlic and cayenne?
