Morning Renee,

It's not so hard.  Just start paying attention.  When you eat something, see how you react.  How do you feel after a meal?  Sluggish, gassy, etc?  Try to single out the food that does this.

You are blaming a food, when that is not the case.
( for most people, .... maybe for some people, but not all )
Still, the problem is the body, the digestion system, ........ not the food.

You are also, getting into many other complex  subjects,
Too many to cover here.  I know most of them.

You forgot one thing,   no on hears much about.
I have written some ideas about this long ago.

      "Proper Food Combining"

Simple indeed.
Simple principles.
Some foods need acid to digest.
others need no acid, ....... alkaline foods.
Certain foods should be eating a specific time apart.
How long does food stay in the stomach ?

Nothing in the world, can be acid and alkaline at the same time.
Certainly the stomach of man.

Not even the Genius Body Chemist of man can do it.

Some a time back, some disagreed with me on stomach acid,
and the acid of the dog.

Nevertheless,  I was 100% right.

One cannot or should not avoid both kinds of foods.
Both are needed, ........ but not at the same time.

If you do not believe this, and you want to test it.
Drink some milk, ....... and some tomato juice with a meal,
or very close together.
Then tell me, ........ the fun that you have.
