Hey Wayne.  I wasn't blaming the food--just using what most people, who are
uninformed about how food is handled by the body, would be able to
understand.  It was just an exercise to get them to pay more attention to
the fact that what they put in their mouths is VERY important to the body. 
What each food, combination of food, time of day eaten, "does" is all
important.  A person has to take baby steps before they can run. ;-)
