Proper food combining, which means eating certain food (groups) with certain
other food (groups) is to some, essential. It wasn't until I tried it did I 
experience' the difference. 

Renee makes an excellent point. Quite valid indeed. I will add the
suggestion of a great read on this very topic; 
"Food Combining Made Easy" by Herbert M. Shelton.  It is only 63 pages and
for some can make a world of difference to of all things - one's digestion.
