I get the pits from people in my town who have apricot trees. You need
about 2 grams of seeds per day. Depending on the size, that's 7 to 20 per
day. I also get all my friends to save the pits from the apricots they eat.
When I'm sitting watching TV, I'll crack the pits open and extract the
seeds. They're bitter when they're fresh, and milder when they dry out.
They can be roasted in the oven with butter and salt and they're really
good. The needed substance survives cooking. There is a cookbook titled
something like "The Cyanide Cookbook" that shows how to cook with the seeds.
They can be added to baked goods ground up, or just about anything.

Where do you get the apricot seeds and how do you go about taking them and
how much?
Thanks,
