Thanks, John, for your speedy reply. Much appreciated --- I'll check the Morton brand for potassium. Lately my muscles have been acting up overtime like severe Charlie Horse cramps all over my body. Strangely enough, I just had a Spectra vitamin/mineral blood test and it says my potassium level is normal? Not sure if I believe this test.
