Hi Helena, One more thing is either a small amount of sugar, or apple cider vinegar will stop muscle spasms. Saw a show on TV about weight lifters who could lift anything and after half a teaspoon of sugar on the tongue, they were helpless. I wondered about stopping asthma and later had a chance when I was carrying two buckets of feed and goat kids climbing all over me, on a very cold night (no coat), and suddenly could not breathe, for the first time ever; crawled back to the house, tried to think and grabbed a coke with sugar in it. The caffeine and sugar worked nearly immediately.
