You'll have to set up a meter to read current at the very least.
Cook to about 3 to 4 milliamps.
You're going to need more than 9 volts. Think about a ~30volt battery
eliminator.
Has no one evaluated the "telephone line generator" ?
After all, there is 52 VDC sitting everywhere ............ dozens of places
in many households, free for the taking.
The only thing I would think better in the LVDC class would be a solar
panel. And this would only be better only when the phone company crashes.
I have dozens of batteries sitting everywhere. Often I simply connect them
together to make from 50, to 75 VDC.
Still........ I love my phone line unit. It fits in the shirt pocket and
uses no batteries. There must be a few billion places I can use it for FREE !
