I have a very lousy pencil drawing of this on my website. Too busy to
do a nice AutoCad Drawing.

Two versions are shown on the pencil drawing. One is subject to the
voltage reversal problem due to the LED and reversed phone line polarity.
The one with the full wave bridge solves the polarity reversal problem.
The whole smear is unbelievable simple. Too simple in fact.
