How can you possibly know what I got sick on? And your "documented"
"facts" are well disputed, there is no universal agreement that all
humans do best on a vegetarian diet.
And to think you know what is best for me is the utter height of
arrogance. And to tell me my experience of living in my own body for 60
years needs to be tossed aside for your beliefs, well, not going to happen.

Well, you didn't get sick on it, Sol, you either were quite sick and
underwent a "Healing Crisis" or "Herx Effect " as some people call it
, (a very well known result of obese people losing weight too quickly)
- or you were eating incorrectly. It isn't a theory or hypothesis, we
are talking about a fact documented over literally thousands of years.
