Many places though have laws against it. It has been 5 years since there
has been raw milk available in Ontario unless you own a share in a cow or
goat ($5,000 fine for doing so) There are some still doing it but hard to
find.

Lucky those that can enjoy raw milk. I miss mine.

Hi, Silver loving folks,
Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on using raw milk, cow or goat, in
the diet. My friend swears by raw cow milk, and I`m curious as to it`s real
benefits, or possible bad effects.
I drink store bought 2 percent, and am willing to try raw if I can find
some.
Input??
Thanks,
Marshalee
