Hi Marshalee If one drinks milk raw is much better. problems with pasteurized http://www.mercola.com/2003/mar/26/pasteurized_milk.htm
Many places though have laws against it. It has been 5 years since there has been raw milk available in Ontario unless you own a share in a cow or goat ($5,000 fine for doing so) There are some still doing it but hard to find. Lucky those that can enjoy raw milk. I miss mine. http://www.realmilk.com/why.html http://www.realmilk.com/where2.html Louise -----Original Message----- From: mamapug [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Friday, November 12, 2004 7:13 PM To: [email protected] Subject: CS>CS>milk Hi, Silver loving folks, Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on using raw milk, cow or goat, in the diet. My friend swears by raw cow milk, and I`m curious as to it`s real benefits, or possible bad effects. I drink store bought 2 percent, and am willing to try raw if I can find some. Input??
