Marshalee, In Oz we don't drink the stuff - it is basically for little
cowlets or goatlets , but we make our own cheese from Guernsey milk from
cows that eat green stuff all day and is not pasteurised or homogenised.
What we do do is put about 8 drops of CS per 2 litres of it and it lasts
twice as long as normally storebought pasteurised milk.
By law here it all has to be pasteurised, too, but we buy it as
..... "Cleopatra's Bath Milk" - for bathing in........... :-) :-)
I sure don't think children should be drinking milk - especially on the
modern diet - but turn it into Kefir and it works great. Even on me.
Another strange thing about CS: obviously killing the negative bugs, but
leaves the Kefir culture alone!
Oh, one other thing - are those little kids ( not your kids!) the other
"kids" being fed grain or live real grass.
If grain - better off to go without it at all. Bad enough that people eat
cereals without getting that rotten Omega 6 from grain-poisoned beasties.
Know why they feed cattle etc grain? Despite its cost? It's the Omega 6.
Makes the animals grossly fat - overweight - obese -
Anyone seeing some kinda connection here, or is it just me??? :-0
