Dr. Mercola has a NO GRAIN Diet with No white sugar, grains and points out
that in the top 10 foods that are good for you--there is Not a single grain.
He recommends eggs, sausage, bacon or sausage for breakfast--NO Bread--We
follow this most of the time. He also says it's okay to have a
sausage-egg-biscuit occasionally.
