The main thing I do on my home network, is I use my broadband (with my ISP's blessing, of course) to run mailing lists, mainly as a hobby, by using a combination of SIMS and Macjordomo. Macjordomo is being ported to MacOS X. Heck, I'd even pay $100 or so for a MacOS X version of SIMS, as I think Communigate Pro might be a bit of over kill for my particular needs. If Glenn would cut his prices in about 1/2, I would more seriously consider it. Maybe SIMS is a good reason to keep a few old PowerPCs around, running MacOS 9.

Is it still called EIMS? I though Glenn had it back from Qualcomm now as his own property?
which is currently in beta for MacOS X. Of course, it commercial, and the cost is $400.
While I've liked Glenn's work over the years and I applaud his moving EIMS to OS X, I think he's seriously delusional to think people are going to pay $400 for an OS X version. That's approaching Commingator Pro pricing...
