Glenn Anderson is working on EIMS 3.2, which is currently in beta for MacOS X. Of course, it commercial, and the cost is $400.

On the commercial side, Sendmail Inc. has a reasonable offering of the MTA with a config GUI as well as a message store and multiple front ends (i.e. IMAP, POP3, webmail) for it plus a bunch of strap-on gadgetry to do a wide range of things with the mail stream. I mention that because I happen to be working with it at one site right now, but frankly I'm not impressed. Stalker has a much slicker package in Communigate Pro. I'm not aware of any other commercial mail systems offered on OS X, but there may be others. IMHO most people are better off sticking to mature freeware than going with the commercial packages except when they have particularly tough integration, scaling, or support needs.
