Hmmm, "realm" is a new term for me, and I don't see it here :

Is this the same as the "domain"?  Or something else?

I made my SIP domain the same as my internal DNS sub-domain
(dmz.alanmckay.com, which in hindsight is technically incorrect since
it is not within my DMZ but in my private subnet).

( searching your wiki on "realm" tells me this is probably the case :
