Hi Kimaran, I tried what George suggested, no luck. Than I followed the recover procedure, but in the openacd folder I don't have any folders or files except "sipxopenacd.xml" i deleted the commands with mongo, restarted the sipXecs and added the agent. the problem remained exactly the same.. just to be sure to doing it right.. how to add a skill to queue..?
