Hi Irena,
We are testing OpenACD in 4.5.2 which is entirely different from
4.4.0 because in 4.5.2 I can add Queue and QueueGroup and also setting
through ConfigUI but in 4.4 Queue and QueueGroup and setting can added
only through OpenACD UI(9999).The OpenACD UI is so sensitive if some
thing goes wrong every setting will be collapsed...Basically I never
tested in 4.4.The Skills can be added to queue only through OpenACD
UI(9999 please check the screenshot) for 4.4..
Some times the new configuration will not be reflected until old
configuration is completely removed...So please try to recover the
procedure and remove the Mnesia directory from /opt/Openacd/ before
deleting the command in Mongo....And try to configure from scratch...I
will let you know the update once I tested on 4.4.follow the link
http://wiki.sipfoundry.org/display/sipXecs/OpenACD+Setup for configuring
in 4.4
Regards,
Kumaran T
