I tried to add the skill Queue, but I still got the same problem. With the default_queue is it the same.. I even created a new queue with the skill queue and nothing. :(
I simply cannot get the call to appear in the queue.. when I loggin as supervisor and monitor the queues, no calls are shown in the queues although I can hear the music as if i'm in the right queue..
