Hello Guys,
I am very new to smartOS and I am having issue with networking
when creating zones the GZ works fine and is set to admin tag. The ip is
on my 192.168.x.x subnet, I have also tried to add a second nic because
I thought that would help. So I create the zone and on the GZ I can ping
the gateway and I can ping outside (the internet). I can also ping the
zone from the GZ and I can ping the GZs ip. However when I ping the
gateway which is a 192.168.xxx.x also, from inside the created zone it
times out.
SmartOS build: 20170216T015949Z for head node and zone
GZ
host
ip: 192.168.x.x
netmask 255.255.255.0
gateway: 192.168.xxx.x
host2
ip: 192.168.x.xx
netmask: same as above
gateway: same as above
