For initial setup, I'd ditch the second NIC. For the zone definition, make
sure the nic_tag is same as the GZ. (Should be "admin")

Also, this might be obvious, but you're showing IP's of 192.168.x.x, but
subnet mask of 255.255.255.0, so... double check the basics?
