When you say 'network to the internet' you mean that it will be used to reach the border gateway, not that you are trying to have 192.168.1.0 be on the internet? Your setup appears more complex than I think I would have done, not knowing what issues you are trying to solve. I have a border GW and firewall, inside it I have a subnet which hosts all actual and virtual hosts. In other words my VMs are all on the same subnet so they are easily accessible. The SmartOS has one IP and all the virtual machines is one IP each down from it. No additional subnets to route and manage. Of course you may want to do some work inside a subnet that should not be reachable or able to escape from it. Or too many hosts to fit... -- Steve ------------------------------------------- smartos-discuss Archives: https://www.listbox.com/member/archive/184463/=now RSS Feed: https://www.listbox.com/member/archive/rss/184463/25769125-55cfbc00 Modify Your Subscription: https://www.listbox.com/member/?member_id=25769125&id_secret=25769125-7688e9fb Powered by Listbox: http://www.listbox.com
