Well, I would first go the Apple web site support forum pages to see if there are others with the same problem. Turns out that there are, and here's one entry from Dec 19th 2009; > I've called apple and got it sorted, for those who are having the same > problem, here's what to do if you had a trial version. > 1) got to application folder and drag iWork '09 to trash and remove icons > from dock. > 2) Go to finder then Macintosh HD. > 3) Go to Library > 4) Go to 'Application Support' > 5) Drag the folder named 'iWork '09' to trash and got back to Library. > 6) Go to a folder named 'Preferences' and drag anything with iWork in it to > Trash. > 7) Close all windows and insert iWork instal disc and install iWork. > 8) open an iWork application and a screen will come up for you to register. iWork '09 doesn't require a serial number but if you have installed the trial version, especially if you've had an earlier version of iWork which did require a serial number, you get a request for serial number input.
