Yes, I now no longer press any keys on my 'phone other than "are you thinking of leaving us" (which is true) and that way I get someone I can talk to and who understands me. They also put me through to UK Tech Support who I can also talk to. In theory, someone is coming to repair the system on Tuesday. We'll see. I will wait until it is fixed before going for the nuclear option of threatening to leave. In the meantime we have a "3" USB dongle and are trying not to go over the 1GB limit over the few days that we are using it. Thank you for your replies. Zen looks like the favourite. Another question: Out of interest, what is the general impression of BT's own Broadband? After all, they provide the 'phone line service and much of the equipment for most of these ISPs, anyway?
