+3 - Zen Internet absolutely - they are superb. The problem is not usually, as per Phil's comment below, that Virgin, BT etc don't work very well. I was with NTHell and when it worked it was quick and lovely. Zen's ISP provision, service, speed, one month contracts and lack of traffic shaping are superb too when it IS all working. Where your ISP shows their worth though, IMHO, is when things DON'T work, that is often when you painfully discover that you wish you were with another ISP ... like Zen whose customer support is an example to all others. Pricier, but should your connection give you gyp they will sort it out pronto and treat you like a valued adult customer without reading from a 10 point idiot sheet or telling you that they will "look into it" for two days.
