Would you really like to use ADSL? THe speed you can get depends on the route mile distance to your nearest BT EXchange ans what equipment is installed. Where I live BT can only gaurantee 2-3 Mbytes Sadly virgin is the only system that gives you full duplex and the higher speeds. I have had problems with Virgin but now I never talk to their 'technical' staff but go for the sales staff's jugular. They do pull their fingers out if you threaten to leave.
