Andrew,

My ex has had all sorts of issues with Virgin and their "customer service". She
also had her broadband (and phone) service switched off unexpectedly. It's back
on again now, but only after numerous absurd phone calls.

I've used O2 broadband (on a BT line) since I've been in Brighton (getting on
for 18 months) and, without wishing to put the mockers on it, it's been
faultlessly reliable (better get this sent before my internet connection fails).
