Assuming the usual checks (power supply ok, battery fully charged), then 
the net5501 should startup correctly every time, otherwise there is some 
defect somewhere....

If so, follow standard procedure:

email [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a detailed description of the problem and 
I'll take it from there.
