Daphne had experienced those same emotions but had found that for herself they were an excuse to explain her lack of children rather than her real feelings. It was truly possible that the same was true for the Caitian Captain. "They are not for everyone, but they do seem to add a lot to the experiences of life even if they are only visiting neices and nephews."
That brought a smile to the Caitian's lips. "Yesss, I have many now, I and I enjoy them a grrreat deal. Do you get to vissit yourrrrsss often?"
