Hello, I have problem running a search on X!tanden under Win7. Raw files were generated by Waters qToF, I have used masswolf to convert into mzxml. This is just a simple system test with cytochrome c and BSA, and I am using the default parameters as set during the installation. Apache is running without problems.
Here is the output: # Commands for session 7S8PSTNGJ on Thu May 20 17:32:42 2010 # BEGIN COMMAND BLOCK ###### BEGIN Command Execution ###### [Thu May 20 17:32:42 2010] EXECUTING: run_in c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/Systemtest; c:\Inetpub\tpp-bin\tandem c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/Systemtest/CCBSA_1.tandem.params OUTPUT: command "c:\Inetpub\tpp-bin\tandem c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/Systemtest/CCBSA_1.tandem.params" failed: Unknown error END OUTPUT RETURN CODE:65280 ###### End Command Execution ###### ###### BEGIN Command Execution ###### [Thu May 20 17:32:43 2010] EXECUTING: run_in c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/Systemtest; c:\Inetpub\tpp-bin\tandem c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/Systemtest/CCBSA_2.tandem.params OUTPUT: command "c:\Inetpub\tpp-bin\tandem c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/Systemtest/CCBSA_2.tandem.params" failed: Unknown error END OUTPUT RETURN CODE:65280 ###### End Command Execution ###### # All finished at Thu May 20 17:32:43 2010 # END COMMAND BLOCK Can anyone help?
