Yes, I followed the instructions for Ubuntu installation almost religiously. I ought to retrace my steps and make sure that my final setup is the same as the information in the scripts. Just curious - your implementation of TPP 4.3.1 in EC2 cloud follows the scripts strictly and you are able to run all applications from Petunia? (Of course I do not mean the step where a Thermo RAW file is converted to mzML or mzXML.)
I read your comment in another thread about configuring Apache. I believe what I am facing very likely came from ill configured Apache on my end.
