Hi Bjorn,

Thanks so much! It turns out that a friend pointed out that the file
to edit on my system is called '.bash_profile.'

Unfortunately, even after changing the lines in the Build.xml files
and seeing Java when I type the command 'env,' I still get the same
error related to XPressPeptideUpdateParserMain.cxx and variables that
look related to GD being called out of scope.

Any advice?
