Is she working on it (typing, mousing, etc) when it blanks? Does the DTU reset ot just blank?

No key presses seem to bring it out of that mode, and the unit needs to be repowered - after which it carries on where it left off (picks the old session up fine). Has anyone seen this? The system is Ubuntu Edgy with SRSS 3.1.1, I have had a similiar setup in my office for several months now and not had any problems at all. Any information or advice would be welcome.
